Policies



A 24-hour cancellation policy is required. If you want your full hour or 90-minute session, please realize my time is valuable. Please arrive 10 mins early to fill out the required paperwork. Approximately 10 mins will be given after the session for follow-up care and discussion of the session.


Cancellation Policy:

Please give a minimum of 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged 50% of the original session fee. No call and/or no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the session fee. Accident, injury, illness, and Symptoms of Covid-19, will be assessed on a case by case basis.

Covid-19 Policy/COVID-19 Prevention Policies:

We are taking the following measures to do our best to ensure the health and safety of our clients.

  • Disinfecting all common surfaces between clients.
  • Mask wearing and prevention techniques.
  • Rescheduling appointments in the event of symptoms.

We also ask that hands be washed upon arrival at the studio and that a face mask or covering be worn when not on the table.

A medical or personal exemption will be honored.
